CROISSANTS & BREAD

We prepare our baguette and croissant dough the night before and bake them fresh on the day. Do not leave overnight in the fridge or pantry as they will go stale and chewy!


You can store our baguettes and croissants in the freezer on the day that you buy them fresh. To serve, reheat the baguette in the oven at 180 degrees for 7 minutes, and croissants for 5-6 minutes. They will come out fresh as new!
