At Vaniye, we prepare our baguette and croissant dough the night before and bake them fresh on the day. The slow overnight fermentation gives our baguettes the deep rustic flavour and the croissants light and flaky.
You can store our baguettes and croissants in the freezer on the day that you buy them fresh. Do not leave overnight in the fridge or pantry as they will go stale and chewy! To serve, reheat the baguette in the oven at 180 degrees for 7 minutes, and croissants for 5-6 minutes. They will come out fresh as new!
