Cut-off time for cake order is 2pm for next day pickup or delivery.
If you need something urgent, please call us directly 0204 179 1296 and we’ll do our best to help you out.
For last minute order (next day collection), we can only accept credit card payment by email or through the phone prior delivery or pick-up.

Instore cake collection and delivery times

9am - 11am / 11am - 1pm / 1pm - 3pm / 3pm - 5pm. Ask us for earlier time options.

Deliveries are performed from Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. For Saturday delivery, srcharge apply. Please ask for quotation.

Transport and storage

During transport, keep the cake away from direct heat or sunlight. We highly recommend a chiller box for car transport longer than 40 minutes. Our cakes are fresh and mousse based, so do keep them refrigerated if you’re not having them straight away. For best consumption take the cake out 10-15 minutes before serving.
