Sonia’s masterclasses are for all desserts lovers looking to perfect their skills and techniques to create modern desserts as well as master the use of utensils
and equipments to achieve top results. With only 12 people in each class, the experience is more fun and interactive.
Sonia was trained in Le Cordon Bleu Paris and has created exquisite desserts for several Michelin stars establishments before returning home
to New Zealand to share her love of fine French patisseries.
Classes $130 per person, 6:00-8:30pm session at Delonghi Showroom Auckland, 99 Khyberpass, Newton, Auckland.
