Sonia’s desserts demonstration masterclasses are for all desserts lovers at home looking to perfect their skills and
bring to life their passion for patisseries. The classes provide real learning experience on how to achieve the ‘wow factor’ in your desserts.
You will learn important techniques and also how to master the use of utensils and equipments to achieve top results. With only 12 people in each
class,you can get real close to see and smell the products in order to understand how to achieve the desired flavors and textures.
The classes are fun and interactive and an also an occasion to meet and mingle with other dessert lovers!
Sonia was trained in Le Cordon Bleu Paris and has created exquisite desserts for several Michelin stars establishments before returning home to New Zealand to share her love of artisanal French patisseries.
The demonstrations take place at Delonghi Showroom Kicthen in Auckland, with the support of Kenwood and Rachel Carley Ceramics.
Classes $120 per person, 6:00-8:30pm session at Delonghi Showroom Auckland, 99 Khyberpass, Newton, Auckland.
