Sonia has started desserts demonstration masterclasses for all desserts lovers at home looking to perfect their skills and bring to life their passion for patisseries. The demonstrations took place at Delonghi Showroom Kicthen in Auckland, with the support of Kenwood, Rachel Carley Ceramics and Antipodes Water.
