This class will give you a good understanding of how to create a good base dough for all your sweet tarts. You will learn how to make a smooth French style Lemon cream, slightly different from the lemon curd we know, and understand the vital points on how to achieve the most velvety and smooth Italian meringue that doesn't require further baking in the oven.
