Enjoy Fresh or Freeze for Later
Our croissants and baguettes are ideal for enjoying fresh, but they can also be frozen for future enjoyment without sacrificing their quality. Simply place them straight from the freezer into a pre-heated oven at 170°C for 6-8 minutes, and you'll have pastries and bread as delicious as the day they were baked. This is the method we use for our own family breakfasts when our boutique is closed, and we’re confident you’ll love it just as much.
