We all love a good classic.  In this class, you will make a beautiful Baked Basque tart filled with Vanilla pastry cream. You will discover how to make the dough both by hand and with a machine mixer and learn to identify important factors and techniques when working with dough.  

Date and time: Saturday 10 August, 1pm to 4pm/4:30pm

Duration: 3 to 3.5 hours
