How long is the class?

All classes are between 3-3.5 hours long.

Do I need to have previous experience?

Experience is not necessary as long as you are interested to learn! The courses are designed for everyone with the aim to improve understanding of ingredients and the science behind the creations.

What do I have to bring to the class?

We will provide you with an apron, so you just have to show up with comfortable clothes and shoes as you will be standing for most of the time.

What is the minimum age to attend a class?

As the class is a practical hands on with some theory, our classes are best suited for 13 years and above.

Will there be food to eat during class?

You will be offered some refreshments and light snacks during class (not lunch). You will also be able to either take the dessert you made home or enjoy eating onsite with the rest of the class.

How can I offer a giftcard to attend a class?

You can purchase a gift card to the value of the Dessert classes on the Giftcard page.
