In this class you will learn how to create the flavours of a Traditional Black Forest cake, but in a more modern tart format. Chef Sonia will go over how to perfectly line your tart shells and the precise techniques on how to improve your piping skills. Please note that the recipe used in this class will contain some alcohol (though this can be omitted for those who prefer not to have alcohol in the cake).
